We are not attorneys licensed to practice law in Iowa, and we cannot provide legal advice, draft legal documents, or answer legal questions. Fees and Payments

• Fees for services will be disclosed prior to the appointment.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

• Additional travel or after-hours fees may apply for mobile notary services.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Appointments must be canceled at least [X hours] in advance.

Client Responsibilities

We will perform notarial acts in compliance with Iowa law and with reasonable care. However, we are not responsible for:

• The legal sufficiency, accuracy, or content of the documents being notarized.

• Losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of notarized documents.
  To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific notarial service provided.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for scheduling, identification, and recordkeeping as required by law. We do not sell or share client information with third parties, except as required by law.

By using our website, you agree not to misuse it or interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

Governing Law
